Shipping and Returns


We completely stand behind our product and will guarantee our jewelry against manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of your purchase*. Watch warranties are subject to the individual manufacturer. We also understand that there are times when a piece just isn’t right for you. Therefore, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the item's delivery date. Please note that we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for items that have been special ordered, personalized, worn, or altered and must be accompanied by the sales receipt and any applicable warranty cards, manuals, or accessories.

*Manufacturing warranty does not apply for pre-owned or estate watches. However, all estate watches come with our 1 year time-keeping warranty and all estate pieces can be returned within 14 days.



  1. Reply to the confirmation email, notifying us that you wish to return or exchange your order and include the tracking number of your return package if possible.

  2. Visit one of our locations or ship your item within 14 days of the delivery date along with a copy of your Confirmation Email

    We recommend you ship your package through USPS and insure it appropriately.

  3. We will refund you the entire price of the item! Sorry, we won’t be able to credit you for the original shipping charge (if applicable.) We promise that all returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return package.


We offer two convenient delivery options through FedEx. At no charge to you, we can send your order by ground which may take 3-5 days once your order has been processed. Oh, and did we mention that it’s free? On the other hand, if you’re in a hurry and just can’t quite wait that long, for $50.00 we can ship your order overnight. Please allow up to two business days to process your order and be aware that any package shipped will require a signature upon delivery.
